I pre-ordered for pizza to collect by 16:20. But the shop opened some minutes past 4pm. They called that it won't be ready until 6:00pm. I couldn't even cancel the order or get a refund because it's past 16:20 as it's assumed I've collected the pizza. I have no choice but to wait for whenever it's ready.
